I am here, ready to explore this possibility, to see if Smiling Spirit Pathways is aligned for you with all of these areas.

Now that we are navigating a new life, we continue to monitor and take into consideration all factors involving COVID and other illnesses. Therefore, we offer a variety of appointment options, with two lovely locations and telehealth. During times of high transmission locally, we may resume wearing masks, and as always, we continue to engage with professional sanitation services and specialty cleaning in between each session.. We will keep you updated here!

Appointments

30-minute Initial Consultation

I warmly invite you to thirty minutes of compassionate conversation about your current place on your path, where we can get a sense of your personal landscape and determine together if there is an alignment for you with the energy of Smiling Spirit Pathways and the resources available to get to the next place you want to be.

This time is always freely given, and we can connect by phone or face to face.

Intake Appointments

During this extended appointment time, we will supportively assess where you are, what hurts, or what changes you would like to experience, and all the factors that are involved in your current point of vantage. This is a gentle opening session, and is also designed to nurture our partnership in the development of your healing tools and the paths available to help you reach your healthiest life.

Children

For a child, here is where we gather a detailed history with parents or caregivers, and begin comprehensive evaluation on the issues you bring to my attention. This can include trauma assessments, attachment assessments, depression screenings, and much more.

$115 per 30 minute session

Adults

Our first session is a special time as it is the first step on your pathway to wellness. It will take a bit longer so we can spend time getting to know one another and gather information on your past history as well as thoughts and feelings and situations affecting you or your family presently.

Intake Appointments

At this time, Smiling Spirit Pathways accepts private pay clients only. We have excellent working relationships with most insurance companies as an Out of Network Provider. Should you wish to use your insurance, I would encourage you to contact your provider about out-of-network coverage as a possibility. Most clients find their reimbursement rates to be highly satisfactory and timely.

Payment

Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment. We can process your card in the office, or you may also choose to make your payment via electronic payment methods including Square, PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle.

Cancellation Policy

We have implemented a cancellation policy to benefit all of our clients. We truly value your time and ours and ask for a 24 hour notice for schedule changes and cancellations so that we can provide that healing time slot to another person in need. For regular therapy sessions, there will be a $50 cancellation charge outside of the 24 hour notice.
